TicketFi order and event text notifications

This page describes the optional TicketFi text notification program, the messages it sends, how consent is collected, and how to stop them. It is the program disclosure behind the notification checkbox at checkout.

What this program sends

Order confirmations for the tickets you buy.
Cancellation notices for events you hold tickets for, if the organizer cancels the event.

What this program does not send

Login codes, one-time passcodes, and account sign-in messages.
Security alerts such as password changes or suspicious-activity notices.
Marketing or promotional messages, including organizer campaigns.
Support conversations.

At checkout, this notification choice is an optional checkbox that starts unchecked. You can buy tickets without checking it and without entering a phone number. The choice is separate from any consent to receive marketing text messages from the event organizer, and checking one never means checking the other.

Message frequency varies with the orders you place and the events you hold tickets for. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving these notifications. Reply HELP for help. For anything else, email support@ticketfi.com.

Consent to text notifications is not a condition of purchase.

Your mobile number and consent

TicketFi stores your mobile number and this consent choice, uses them only to send the notification messages you opted into, and does not share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Event organizers who receive order details may text you only with separate permission given to them.
